The Kleuterzone uses a third party (payfast.co.za) to administer and regulate payments on the Kleuterzone website, in accordance with South African legislation applicable to the protection of personal information. The security of any payments made on our website, as well as the use and storage of any personal information initiated by PayFast, is regulated by PayFast. Kleuterzone shall not accept responsibility for any payment failures, credit card defects, or any personal information disclosed or made available to other third parties as a result of payment on PayFast’s website.

There is limited availability of tickets for each concert, and if the website or the school notifies that the tickets are sold out, no more will be available.

Audiences and participants are subject to all COVID-19 health and safety measures.

If, for any reason, the concert or performance cannot proceed as planned, including due to COVID-19 or other health reasons or due to infection by a computer virus, errors, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical disruptions, or any other causes beyond the control of the Nursery School, they shall have the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel the Concert/Performance and resume it from the beginning on the same or similar terms as those contained herein
